Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If a number here is wrong we want to know, and we publish the fix.

The form and the address reach the same place. Use whichever you prefer.

Reporting a correction

Tell us the page and the specific figure. Every number on this site traces to a published source, so if one is wrong there is usually a traceable reason and we can fix it properly rather than guessing.

Corrections get published in the Logbook with a date, per our editorial policy.

What we cannot help with

Order and delivery questions. We are not a retailer and we do not sell anything. Purchases go through Amazon and their support handles them.
Warranty and repair claims. Those go to the manufacturer.
Instruction. We write about buying equipment. For learning to paddle moving water, take a class from a person.
